What this notice covers

This explains what happens to your personal data when you use this website, including when you browse it, use the contact form, or request a research document.

It does not cover how the Be-Healthy.AI injury-risk product processes data about football players. That is separate processing with its own lawful basis and documentation.

Who is responsible

Be-Healthy.AI is a product of REJH Solutions Lda. (VAT PT518478262), which is the data controller for the personal data described here.

We are registered at Pavilhão Multiusos de Rio Maior, Av. Dr. Mário Soares, 2040-413 Rio Maior, Portugal.

You can reach us at support@be-healthy.ai.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive:

  • your first and last name
  • your work email address
  • your company and job title, if you provide them
  • the organisation type and topic you select
  • the message you write

We also record which page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. That tells us which content led to the conversation.

We use limited website analytics to understand which pages are opened and when the contact form is started. The analytics use no cookies or persistent identifiers and do not track you across other websites. A temporary identifier is derived from limited network and browser information and stops working at the end of each day.

Like any website, our infrastructure also processes ordinary technical records needed to deliver pages, operate the site and detect abuse.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use enquiry information to read your message, reply to it and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and managing prospective business relationships.

If you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract with you, we may also process information because it is necessary to do that.

We process limited analytics and operational information on the basis of our legitimate interests in understanding how the site is used, maintaining it, and protecting it from misuse.

We do not use this information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it or share it for third-party marketing.

Where it is stored, and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, encrypted at rest. A notification email is sent to the Be-Healthy.AI team so someone can reply.

Amazon Web Services and the service providers we use for business email, website analytics and website infrastructure may process personal data on our behalf.

Where a service provider processes or can access personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months from the date we receive them, after which they are deleted automatically.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See below.

The temporary identifier used for website analytics stops working at the end of each day and is not used as a persistent identifier. Other technical records are kept only for as long as needed to measure, operate and protect the website.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • correct it if it is wrong
  • delete it
  • restrict how we use it
  • object to us using it
  • provide it in a portable format where that right applies

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have a particular right to object. If you do, we will stop processing your data unless we have compelling grounds to continue.

Email support@be-healthy.ai and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal’s data protection authority, at cnpd.pt.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data through this website, we will update this notice and change the review date at the top.
